Nadea McPherson
Chief Executive Officer
Nadea McPherson has over 25 years of experience in business management and business development including 13 years working in the behavioral health care field. Her professional career began in the fields of operations management, hospitality, casting, and television production as well as numerous speaking engagements on various marketing panels across the U.S.
In 2012, she had a professional calling to work in the behavioral healthcare field where she focused her talents for project management and operational optimization on launching and growing facilities that are focused on helping people with mental health and substance use disorders. She launched and operated several detox, residential, and intensive outpatient facilities.
In 2019, she would go on to manage all facets of business development, marketing and operations as Chief Operations Officer of a physician-owned wellness practice. In her nearly 5 years there, she grew the small group practice to a clinical staff of 20, opened a second office, developed, launched and operated all of its programs, including: TMS, ketamine therapy, outpatient detox, physician monitoring, sleep medicine, and created a program for providing psychiatry services to clients currently in residential programs throughout California. Nadea enjoys spending her free time with her family. She also loves to dance, live music and play pickleball.

Dr. Jason Kellogg
Psychiatrist
Dr. Jason Kellogg graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. He then went on to Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio where he obtained his medical degree. Subsequently, he attended the University of California, Irvine and completed his residency training including Chief Residency. He served two terms as the Chairman of the Department of Neurology and Psychiatry at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, California. He currently serves as Chief of Staff at Newport Bay Hospital.
Dr. Jason Kellogg has been awarded with two community service awards as a physician. In addition, he has been a principal investigator for 22 clinical research protocols.
In his free time, Dr. Jason Kellogg enjoys spending time with his family and is a proud father of three beautiful daughters.

Lisa Kelley
Family Nurse Practitioner
Lisa Kelley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in integrative and psychiatric care. She brings over two decades of clinical experience across critical care, pediatrics, women’s health, and mental health. Drawing from both conventional and holistic frameworks, Lisa supports patients through comprehensive, root-cause healing with an emphasis on nervous system regulation, metabolic balance, and mind-body wellness.
Her work is grounded in a whole-person approach, blending evidence-based practice with deep compassion and cultural sensitivity. Lisa collaborates closely with individuals navigating recovery, burnout, and chronic stress, empowering them to reclaim resilience and vitality through individualized, heart-centered care.

Janae Borregol, LMFT

Janae is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, credentialed in California, Florida, Vermont, and Idaho. She holds multiple advanced certifications, including Certified Clinical Trauma Professional I, Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional, and Certified EMDR Therapist.
With 14 years of experience in the mental health field—and 12 years as a practicing therapist—Janae has worked across a wide range of roles and settings. She is the founder of JB Psychotherapy, Coaching, and Consulting, where she offers psychotherapy, empowerment coaching, and mental performance coaching to diverse adult individuals. Her work is deeply rooted in affirming, culturally responsive, compassion based and trauma-informed care, which she also promotes through speaking engagements and professional training.

Alan Bisarya, LMFT
Psychoeducation Facilitator
Alan focuses on being a force for hope, love, and understanding as a Licensed Psychotherapist in Santa Monica, California. Over the last 15 years, Alan’s therapeutic work has spanned working with patients in residential treatment centers to supporting outpatient clients through his private practice. Alan’s clients are often seekers, searching for a more fulfilling, purposeful life, while also looking for guidance on navigating through periods of stuckness, confusion, or loneliness.
Alongside his wife, Liz, who is also a licensed therapist, Alan has led education workshops for couples. He also has extensive experience with group and family therapy, as he believes a multi-modal approach to healing is often what is most effective.

Cathy Herceg, MA. AMFT
Somatic Therapist | Specialist in Trauma
Cathy Herceg is a dedicated somatic therapist with over 25 years of experience. Cathy began her professional journey as an elementary school teacher before earning a BA in Clinical Psychology with dual specializations in trauma and child studies from Antioch University in 2009. She went on to complete her Master’s in Clinical Psychology, laying the groundwork for her transition into therapeutic work with youth experiencing autism spectrum disorders, schizophrenia, and emotional disturbances.
Cathy has worked with prominent figures in the trauma therapy field, including Dr. Bonnie Goldstein at Lifespan Psychological Center and Dr. Karol Darsa at Reconnect Trauma Treatment Center. From 2021 to 2024, she served full-time at a trauma treatment center, where she specialized in treating clients with Dissociative Identity Disorder and childhood relational trauma through somatic therapy, play therapy, and trauma-informed interventions.

Ashlee Petersen, CADC-I
Case Manager, Counselor, Family Coach
Ashlee began her career as an Emmy award-winning makeup artist, working in TV and film for 23 years, where she was both an artist and an educator. Her glamorous lifestyle ended due to addiction, and she attempted numerous times to get sober before receiving family intervention and long-term treatment in 2011. This experience revealed to her the need to change her life path and make a difference by entering the field of addiction treatment.
Since 2013, Ashlee has gained experience as a program coordinator, drug and alcohol counselor, and case manager. She earned her CATC-1 (California Addiction Treatment Coordinator) certification from West Los Angeles Community College. She now works as a counselor, case manager, and wellness coach, helping clients, families, and caregivers navigate their health and wellness needs.
Ashlee's primary goal is to help her clients achieve optimal wellness and autonomy. She focuses on supporting clients in managing their health and wellness needs, while also empowering families and caregivers. In her free time, Ashlee rides and trains horses on her ranch.
